Exchange and Return Policy

Unfortunately we don't offer refund or exchange for our products. Only the defective items will be considered for an exchange depending on the case.

For any exchanges, you need to send in us parcel opening video as soon as you receive the parcel. The 'To-be-exchanged' product has to be dispatched within 24 hours and tracking has to be provided in order to make your order eligible for exchange. Parcel has to be packed properly with secured packing and should be unused in any case. We'll inspect the same on receiving the product and shall initiate the exchange process. Shipping charges for exchange has to borne by customer only.

We don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement:


For safety, transparency, and quality-check purposes, Parneet Jewellz requires customers to record a complete unboxing video at the time of opening their parcel. The video must clearly show:

• The unopened package from all sides  
• The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits  
• The product received  

This video serves as mandatory proof for approving any damage, missing item, or wrong product complaints.

Reporting Discrepancies:


All issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.  
Requests raised after this period or without valid unboxing video proof may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

This policy helps us maintain fairness, prevent misuse, and ensure the best possible service for our customers.



Refunds

In case of refund in whatsoever case; it will be available only in the form of store credit and shall be available for future purchase.
