After registering on our website, you have to use your set up email ID and password each time you want to login on our website www.parneetjewels.com. Each user will have a unique used ID and login password which has to be kept private for all further correspondence. Order placed once from a particular ID isn’t eligible for cancellations.
Operations
www.parneetjewels.com reserves sole discretion rights to suspend/cancel any of the listed services anytime without any intimation. However, all orders placed beforehand will be either fulfilled or eligible for full refunds.
We also hold all rights to refuse to provide products/services at any time when we feel to without being answerable for the decisions made.
Warranty and Liability
www.parneetjewels.com will not be held responsible for any delays caused in providing services/products in a stipulated time frame if however, it's beyond our control.

Our website, www.parneetjewels.com has been designed independently and will be updated as well as managed by us only. In any way, commercially exploiting our content by copying, modifying, re-publishing, distributing and displaying will be responsible for facing legal actions under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
Quality Checks
We take immense pain in quality checks as well as packing our orders before shipping them out. However, damages caused in transit are not in our hand. We can only help you with fixing of the issue; if it's not a big one (like missing stones, loose jumping rings etc.). If it's beyond repair, you can get the product exchanged by shipping it within 24 hours of providing us an unboxing video. Any information/request received after 24 hours of receiving shipment won't be entertained at all.
Delivery Issues
We request you to provide complete and correct information of your address, pin code and contact number once you place your order. We also want you to ensure presence of any family member/staff on the address provided avoiding it to be liable for returns. Orders not collected are either prone to be lost or return to our address. We can ship them again once we receive your parcel on an extra payment of shipping charges. Cash on delivery orders have to be fulfilled by paying a nominal advance fees. However if COD order is failed to be collected, it will be only shipped after receiving full advance payment.
